01 The brief

Shrink the distance, both kinds.

Horticulture cooperatives in the Rift lose margin to information asymmetry as much as to logistics — sometimes more. Soko Smart is designed to work on both axes at once.

An aggregation desk would negotiate direct buyer contracts on behalf of cooperatives. A logistics layer would coordinate collection. And a price-and-grade information stream would keep every party honest about what’s leaving the farm gate.

02 What we’ll build

Three components, one switchboard.

  1. A.

    Aggregation desk

Cooperative-side desk negotiating buyer contracts, volumes and grades.

  2. B.

    Logistics partners

Coordinated collection schedules with two regional logistics providers.

  3. C.

    Price & grade stream

Daily reference grades and prices published to cooperative leaders and buyers.
